Limited Space

Ok. Real world aspect on 2012. There wouldn't really be limited space. Instead of having one place to store the human world while the rest goes to hell is a stupid idea. Sure lots would die but just like in Katrina it would be PRIMARILY because of their own stubborn ways (many did die in the aftermath and even just because of bad chance but most CHOSE to stay). Instead of the one place theory, I would use all of this money that's being put toward pig farts and ignorant research and build bunkers all over the nation (not the world cause they hate us anyways). And few material possessions would be allowed. Things such as the Mona Lisa would not be saved, for once the end has come what use is culture. It was good for the time but once a new age has dawned man's most important assest will be himself, not a painting by some dead guy. Overall the good of mankind is more important than the culture that used to be, and the culture of the day would survive through the survivors and create new masterpieces for the new world.
